The link as an affiliate studio will initially require four fundamental documents:

1. Chamber of commerce
2. RUT
3. Bank certification
4. ID per side and side of the studio representative

A maximum period of 6 months will be given for the partner study to manage the following documents and register them with The Webcam Lab:

1. Soil use certificate
2. Security certificate
3. Sanity certificate
4. Establishment status versus copyright
5. Equipment licensing
6. Presentation letter to the sector police station

If these documents are not achieved during the expected time, The Webcam Lab reserves the right to continue with the signed contract.

1. Computers with a maximum processor 2 generations behind the current generation found on the market, a solid had drive of at least 120 GB and RAM memory of at least 16 GB.

• The sanction determined by the platform for non-compliance with terms and conditions related to the alteration of documents and identity theft will be fully assumed by the partner study.
• Working with minors is absolutely prohibited and implies a due report to the competent authorities, as well as the immediate termination of the contract between the studio and The Webcam Lab. The studio that engages in this practice will be liable for a penalty of twenty thousand dollars (20,000 USD).
• The monies owed to the affiliate studio that incur in numbers 1 and 3 of this point will not be canceled.

We are committed to provide clear and accurate information about our processes. Therefore, all inquiries about the exchange rate and periodicity of payments are public and will be informed whenever requested, this information is the same for all partners of The Webcam Lab.

No partner studio is authorized to negotiate accounts owned by The Webcam Lab. The contract between the model and the studio may not go against the transfer policies or compromise The Webcam Lab, beyond the scope of the service offered.

The studio that wants to create accounts under its portal to another studio may do so, however The Webcam Lab will only be obligated to provide services to the studio that is linked as an affiliate.

In compliance with the Colombian tax statute, the withholding at the source of the responsible studios according to its Single Tax Registry will be practiced in each payment. Withholding at source certificates may be requested once a year for the purpose of being used in the income statement. These certificates may be requested to the email certificates@thewebcamlab.com and will be sent on the Thursday next to the date the request is received.

Our team of lawyers will be available for consultations regarding hiring, responsibilities, possible solutions, indications and recommendations to the different cases that may arise in the exercise of our economic activity. This service does not include legal representation and The Webcam Lab is not responsible for poor execution by the partner due to a lack of understanding of the recommendations given. Quarterly there will be a massive talk on hiring, parafiscal responsibilities and image rights. The scheduling of appointments for specific cases will be according to the availability of the legal team.

Our account creation team is available 24/7 from 10:00 p.m. Sunday until 10:00 p.m. Saturday, receiving requests through the EasySoft portal. Below you will find the instructions that our account creation team follows and that apply to all affiliate studios The Webcam Lab. It is important to note that the accounts created by The Webcam Lab team are property of The Webcam Lab as stipulated the contract signed at the time of linking.

4. Affiliate AAA category studios will receive an access link to generate their own records directly on our master accounts, in order to offer greater agility and control of this process.

The above considerations apply to the request of all the platforms available on our portal. Here are some conditions for requesting accounts on platforms with special requirements. MyFreeCams

1. MyFreecams accounts are only granted to models with a minimum of six (6) months of experience as a webcam model.
2. To receive a MyFreecams account, the model must have an average billing of 300 USD per week.
3. Once the first four (4) weeks have elapsed after receiving the MyFreecams account, the model must have achieved weekly sales of at least 150 USD.
4. By eight (8) weeks after receiving the MyFreeCams account, the model must have achieved weekly sales of at least $ 300.
5. For accounts older than twelve (12) weeks, an average weekly billing (last four (4) weeks) of 300 USD must be sustained.
6. If points 3, 4 or 5 are not complied with, the MyFreecams account will be inactivated.

For all affiliates of The Webcam Lab, there is protection on the accounts of their models for up to six (6) months, with the possibility of authorizing or denying transfers to other affiliate studios to The Webcam Lab before this time. Whenever a model starts working on a new affiliate studios, the registration of the model will no longer be visible in the model administration portal of the previous studio. The new studio will not be able to use accounts or nicknames that have acquired protection benefits according to the following parameters. HOW TO ACTIVATE? The protection is activated automatically, whenever an account bills in the study for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks, maintaining an average weekly sales of $ 50 on the platform. In addition to the above, the affiliate studio must comply with the following benefits to its work team:

Pay the dollar at the same value received by The Webcam Lab.

Pay at least 50% of what is produced to the models who work from the studio.

Provide a weekly payment periodicity.

WHAT BENEFITS DOES PROTECTION BRING? As long as an affiliate has protection on the accounts, the model in question may not work on said accounts in another studio, unless the affiliate possessing the protection authorizes their transfer. Said protection lasts for two (2), four (4) or six (6) months, from the moment the model stops billing in the studio (it will be considered absent from billing whenever the account sells less than $ 50 a week). The protection times will be given according to the category of the affiliate studio: Affiliate Studio Category B: Studies with sales between 1 USD and 1000 USD will receive 1 month of protection. Affiliate Studio Category A: Studies with sales between USD 1001 and USD 4000 will receive 2 months of protection. Affiliate studios Category AA: Studio with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD will receive 4 months of protection. Affiliate Studio Category AAA AND A ++: Studios with sales over 7000 USD will receive 6 months of protection.

Bank transfers are made on the second business day of each week, the operation will be reflected according to the times of each bank.

1. All our platforms are settled on a weekly basis, with the exception of PornHub that handles a monthly payment frequency.
2. In case of any fine or chargeback request from the platform, the money will be discounted on the closest payment date. It will always be possible to request proof from support from the platform to validate these cases.
3. Balances found in accounts banned, closed or suspended due to non-compliance with the terms and conditions of the platforms will not be settled. It will always be possible to request proof from support from the platform to validate these cases.
4. Whenever the studio makes changes to the password of an account, it must be updated in the administration portal, if this action is not performed in a timely manner, the account may not be settled and included in the studio´s weekly billing.
5. If the affiliate studio registers models in their master’s degrees after the accounts are linked, these may not appear on the payroll and present a delay in the payment of the same.
6. Any update of bank accounts or request to withhold payments must be informed with the proper documentation no later than Thursday of each week.

1. The payroll news will be settled with the TRM of the week in which the balances to be claimed were generated, regardless of the week in which the report is made to the area in charge.
2. Payroll updates will be answered Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. at 5:00 p.m., through the mail assigned to each regional.

5. From the delivery of access credentials to the TWL Pro application, payroll news will only be accepted through the ticket system.

These benefits are available exclusively to partners who work all of their platforms with The Webcam Lab.

In order to encourage the commitment, dedication and effort of each of our partner studies, we have designed the preferential payment percentage benefit according to the level of billing.

• Category Studio B, A and AA: 90% Studios with sales of 1 to 7000 dollars per week.
• Category AAA Studios: 93% Studios with weekly sales between $ 7,001 and $ 25,000.
• Category A ++ Studios: 95% Studios with sales over $ 25,001 per week.

1. To access the preferential payment benefit, the studio must sustain the values indicated for each level for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks, after which it will begin to receive its payment at the new percentage from the fifth week.
2. If a studio falls below the indicated value for two consecutive weeks, you must start the process again to access the preferential payment percentage benefit and you will receive the payment at the new percentage from that moment.

Our recruitment and marketing team will continuously activate advertising campaigns in order to attract people interested in being models and monitors, these will be referred to affiliate studios that work all of their platforms with The Webcam Lab and are up to date with the plan of recommendations and improvements provided by the specialist. The following considerations will be especially taken into account: availability of personnel to refer, time and zone of preference.

1. Our training service is available only for affiliate studios that work 100% of their platforms with The Webcam Lab. As for studios that exclusively access the Camsoda platform, training and support will be provided on topics specific to this page.
2. The work plan of the specialist assigned to the partner study will include training, reinforcements and updates in a maximum of four (4) platforms. If the partner wishes to test or access additional platforms to the four (4) initially selected, they may do so taking into account that the additional trainings will be subject to the programming of the month since they are provided in bulk.
3. The trainings may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 business hours, otherwise the study will not be able to request new training for the next 15 days.
4. Our training service is aimed especially at monitors, administrators and studio owners. There are model-oriented trainings that may be requested as long as it is guaranteed that they will be provided to a minimum group of 5 models accompanied by a monitor. If at the time of starting the training the minimum number of people to receive it is not met, the training will be rescheduled.
5. The trainings in additional platforms to the four (4) initially selected by the affiliate studio will be delivered massively and at the established times.
6. Accompaniment in training will be determined by the category of the affiliate studio, as follows:
   1. Category B studios: Access to massive virtual training. Studios with a turnover of 1 to 1000 dollars per week.
   2. Category A studios: Access to massive virtual training. One (1) personalized virtual training per month. One (1) face-to-face training per month. Studios with sales between $ 1,001 and $ 4,000.
   3. Studios Category AA: Access to massive virtual training. Two (2) personalized virtual trainings per month. Two (2) face-to-face trainings per month. One (1) intensive accompaniment every six months. Studios with sales between $ 4,001 and $ 7,000.
   4. Category AAA and A ++ studios: Access to massive virtual training. Two (2) personalized virtual trainings per month. Two (2) face-to-face trainings per month. One (1) intensive accompaniment every three months. Studios with sales over 7001 USD.

Our technical support service will be available for remote support to any city in the country and with the possibility of on-site visits to the cities of Cali, Palmira, Jamundi, Bogota, Medellin, Envigado, Sabaneta, Bello, Pereira, Armenia and Manizales. This benefit is exclusive for 100% affiliates, affiliate studios that work all of their platforms with The Webcam Lab.

Technical visits for the purpose of diagnosis, repair or maintenance may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 working hours, otherwise the studio will not be able to request new on-site visits during the next 15 days.

In case of non-compliance with the scheduled visit by the studio, it will lose its right to request a new technical visit during the next 30 days.

The on-site technical support service is only intended for studios with an average weekly billing of less than $7,000. For studios with higher billings, we recommend hiring full-time technical support staff.

For studios with a turnover of more than $7,001, consulting services will be available with our team of network and systems engineers.

For the diagnosis of webcams and computer towers for the purpose of evaluating the repair of the same will receive a maximum of each unit, according to the following table.

Category B Studios: Two (2) cameras and two (2) towers per month. Studios with a turnover of $1,000 to $1,000 per week.

Category A Studios: Four (4) cameras and four (4) towers per month. Studios with sales between 1001 USD and 4000 USD.

Category AA Studios: Six (6) cameras and six (6) towers per month. Studios with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD.

Diagnostic and preventive maintenance services will be offered according to the category of the affiliate studio as follows:

Category B Studios: One (1) diagnostic visit every six (6) months. One (1) preventive maintenance visit every six (6) months. Studios with billing from $1 to $1,000 per week.

Category A Studios: One (1) diagnostic visit every six (6) months. One (1) preventive maintenance visit every four (4) months. Studios with sales between 1001 USD and 4000 USD.

Category AA Studios: One (1) diagnostic visit every six (6) months. One (1) preventive maintenance visit every two (2) months. Studios with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD.

All studios allied to The Webcam Lab have access to request remote technical support.

Technical visits will take place Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

If it is confirmed that a 100% affiliate studio has accounts independent from those created through The Webcam Lab, the technical support service will be immediately suspended and each of the visits received during the last six (6) months will be charged at a value of 80,000 COP each.

Our photography, video and profile design service is only and exclusively for 100% affiliate studios that work with The Webcam Lab on all their platforms.

1. The affiliate studios will have access to a number of photo sessions and profile designs according to their category as a studio as follows:
   • Category A Studios: Three (3) photo and video sessions per month. The material will be delivered 7 working days after the session is completed. Three (3) TYPE B profile designs per month. The profile will be delivered 5 working days after the request is received. Studios with sales between 1001 USD and 4000 USD.
   • Category AA Studios: Six (6) photo and video shoots per month. Material will be delivered 5 business days after completion. Six (6) TYPE A profile designs per month. The profile will be delivered 3 working days after the request is received. Studios with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD.
2. Photo and video shoots may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 business hours.
3. Failure to comply without just cause to the audiovisual session will have a fine of $100,000 (COP) per model, this value will be deducted from the next weekly payment of the studio.
   • The following will be considered as just cause:
     • Domestic calamities, providing photographic support of the event.
     • Traffic accidents, providing photographic support of the event.
     • Theft, providing the proper report to the authorities.
     • Illness, providing the proper medical excuse.
   • These supports must be submitted within two working days following the failure to comply with the scheduled audiovisual session.
4. The photography, video and profile design service is intended for studios with average weekly billing between $1,000 and $7,000. For studios that according to the previous consideration must assume the creation of their own content, talks and training on the creation of photographic and video material are available, with the purpose of forming their own audiovisual team.
5. The profile design service will consist of a maximum of 3 changes to the proposal submitted.
6. If it is confirmed that an affiliate studio considered 100% has accounts independent from those created through The Webcam Lab, the audiovisual service will be immediately suspended and each of the photographic and video sessions received during the last six (6) months will be charged at a value of 100,000 COP each.
7. The audiovisual department provides training in make-up and image consulting, which may be requested through the specialist assigned to the affiliate studio.
8. The audiovisual department provides support in interior design, which can be requested through the specialist assigned to the affiliate studio.
9. From the audiovisual department we provide training in social media management and digital advertising, these can be requested through the specialist assigned to the affiliate studio.
10. The audiovisual department provides laser cutting, large format printing and graphic design services. Studios will have a discount on these services according to their category as partners:
    • Category B Studios: 10% discount.
    • Category A Studios: 15% discount.
    • Category AA Studios: 20% discount.
    • Category AAA and A++ Studios: 25% discount.
