The link as an affiliate studio will initially require four fundamental documents:
A maximum period of 6 months will be given for the partner study to manage the following documents and register them with The Webcam Lab:
If these documents are not achieved during the expected time, The Webcam Lab reserves the right to continue with the signed contract.
We are committed to provide clear and accurate information about our processes. Therefore, all inquiries about the exchange rate and periodicity of payments are public and will be informed whenever requested, this information is the same for all partners of The Webcam Lab.
No partner studio is authorized to negotiate accounts owned by The Webcam Lab. The contract between the model and the studio may not go against the transfer policies or compromise The Webcam Lab, beyond the scope of the service offered.
The studio that wants to create accounts under its portal to another studio may do so, however The Webcam Lab will only be obligated to provide services to the studio that is linked as an affiliate.
In compliance with the Colombian tax statute, the withholding at the source of the responsible studios according to its Single Tax Registry will be practiced in each payment. Withholding at source certificates may be requested once a year for the purpose of being used in the income statement. These certificates may be requested to the email certificates@thewebcamlab.com and will be sent on the Thursday next to the date the request is received.
Our team of lawyers will be available for consultations regarding hiring, responsibilities, possible solutions, indications and recommendations to the different cases that may arise in the exercise of our economic activity. This service does not include legal representation and The Webcam Lab is not responsible for poor execution by the partner due to a lack of understanding of the recommendations given. Quarterly there will be a massive talk on hiring, parafiscal responsibilities and image rights. The scheduling of appointments for specific cases will be according to the availability of the legal team.
Our account creation team is available 24/7 from 10:00 p.m. Sunday until 10:00 p.m. Saturday, receiving requests through the EasySoft portal. Below you will find the instructions that our account creation team follows and that apply to all affiliate studios The Webcam Lab. It is important to note that the accounts created by The Webcam Lab team are property of The Webcam Lab as stipulated the contract signed at the time of linking.
The above considerations apply to the request of all the platforms available on our portal. Here are some conditions for requesting accounts on platforms with special requirements. MyFreeCams
For all affiliates of The Webcam Lab, there is protection on the accounts of their models for up to six (6) months, with the possibility of authorizing or denying transfers to other affiliate studios to The Webcam Lab before this time. Whenever a model starts working on a new affiliate studios, the registration of the model will no longer be visible in the model administration portal of the previous studio. The new studio will not be able to use accounts or nicknames that have acquired protection benefits according to the following parameters. HOW TO ACTIVATE? The protection is activated automatically, whenever an account bills in the study for a minimum of four (4) consecutive weeks, maintaining an average weekly sales of $ 50 on the platform. In addition to the above, the affiliate studio must comply with the following benefits to its work team:
Pay the dollar at the same value received by The Webcam Lab.
Pay at least 50% of what is produced to the models who work from the studio.
Provide a weekly payment periodicity.
WHAT BENEFITS DOES PROTECTION BRING? As long as an affiliate has protection on the accounts, the model in question may not work on said accounts in another studio, unless the affiliate possessing the protection authorizes their transfer. Said protection lasts for two (2), four (4) or six (6) months, from the moment the model stops billing in the studio (it will be considered absent from billing whenever the account sells less than $ 50 a week). The protection times will be given according to the category of the affiliate studio: Affiliate Studio Category B: Studies with sales between 1 USD and 1000 USD will receive 1 month of protection. Affiliate Studio Category A: Studies with sales between USD 1001 and USD 4000 will receive 2 months of protection. Affiliate studios Category AA: Studio with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD will receive 4 months of protection. Affiliate Studio Category AAA AND A ++: Studios with sales over 7000 USD will receive 6 months of protection.
Bank transfers are made on the second business day of each week, the operation will be reflected according to the times of each bank.
As part of our strategic alliances, we offer the studios allied to The Webcam Lab the following benefits with the Guía Cereza franchise: To access the payroll discount benefit, the affiñiate studio must have a minimum of twelve (12) weeks of seniority as an ally.
25% discount on Lovense brand products.
20% discount on toys and lingerie. These discounts do not apply to products that are already on sale.
Access to wholesale prices for purchases over $ 1,000,000 (COP).
Possibility of payroll discount for a period of 5 weeks, having as a maximum weekly fee 20% of the average of what was produced in the last month by the studio.
Possibility of having a display case in the studio.
These benefits are available exclusively to partners who work all of their platforms with The Webcam Lab.
In order to encourage the commitment, dedication and effort of each of our partner studies, we have designed the preferential payment percentage benefit according to the level of billing.
Our recruitment and marketing team will continuously activate advertising campaigns in order to attract people interested in being models and monitors, these will be referred to affiliate studios that work all of their platforms with The Webcam Lab and are up to date with the plan of recommendations and improvements provided by the specialist. The following considerations will be especially taken into account: availability of personnel to refer, time and zone of preference.
Our technical support service will be available for remote support to any city in the country and with the possibility of on-site visits to the cities of Cali, Palmira, Jamundi, Bogota, Medellin, Envigado, Sabaneta, Bello, Pereira, Armenia and Manizales. This benefit is exclusive for 100% affiliates, affiliate studios that work all of their platforms with The Webcam Lab.
Technical visits for the purpose of diagnosis, repair or maintenance may be canceled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 working hours, otherwise the studio will not be able to request new on-site visits during the next 15 days.
In case of non-compliance with the scheduled visit by the studio, it will lose its right to request a new technical visit during the next 30 days.
The on-site technical support service is only intended for studios with an average weekly billing of less than $7,000. For studios with higher billings, we recommend hiring full-time technical support staff.
For studios with a turnover of more than $7,001, consulting services will be available with our team of network and systems engineers.
For the diagnosis of webcams and computer towers for the purpose of evaluating the repair of the same will receive a maximum of each unit, according to the following table.
Category B Studios: Two (2) cameras and two (2) towers per month. Studios with a turnover of $1,000 to $1,000 per week.
Category A Studios: Four (4) cameras and four (4) towers per month. Studios with sales between 1001 USD and 4000 USD.
Category AA Studios: Six (6) cameras and six (6) towers per month. Studios with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD.
Diagnostic and preventive maintenance services will be offered according to the category of the affiliate studio as follows:
Category B Studios: One (1) diagnostic visit every six (6) months. One (1) preventive maintenance visit every six (6) months. Studios with billing from $1 to $1,000 per week.
Category A Studios: One (1) diagnostic visit every six (6) months. One (1) preventive maintenance visit every four (4) months. Studios with sales between 1001 USD and 4000 USD.
Category AA Studios: One (1) diagnostic visit every six (6) months. One (1) preventive maintenance visit every two (2) months. Studios with sales between 4001 USD and 7000 USD.
All studios allied to The Webcam Lab have access to request remote technical support.
Technical visits will take place Monday through Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
If it is confirmed that a 100% affiliate studio has accounts independent from those created through The Webcam Lab, the technical support service will be immediately suspended and each of the visits received during the last six (6) months will be charged at a value of 80,000 COP each.
Our photography, video and profile design service is only and exclusively for 100% affiliate studios that work with The Webcam Lab on all their platforms.
Notify our staff in a timely manner of any changes in the studio´s administrative team and request a new password to access the portal, as well as the update of the TWL code assigned to the affiliate studio.
Update account passwords in a timely manner in the administration portal whenever any changes are made to the accounts. This will facilitate the review and settlement process for our billing and payment team.
Our staff has as a guideline to avoid as much as possible sending voice notes and making calls, the only authorized means of communication are those that allow us to keep a written evidence of what was discussed between both parties, these are email, web page chat and tickets through the TWL Pro application.
We recommend that you actively participate in the pre-payroll review process carried out on Friday and communicate any new developments through the indicated channel before noon on Saturday.
The only channel for consultation and support provided by The Webcam Lab is email and chat on the www.thewebcamlab.com website.
Please use the shared groups with the specialists and auditors assigned to the studio, avoiding as much as possible direct and private communication with members of The Webcam Lab team. The Webcam Lab does not accept as valid evidence any conversation held in private between the affiliate studio and The Webcam Lab team. These groups are intended exclusively for the execution of each studio's own work plans.
