Since last January 31, 2020, at The Webcam Lab we have been carrying out preventive measures with the purpose of continuing to guarantee operation in the face of the public health situation generated by the expansion of COVID-19. We adjust processes and relocate our collaborators adopting Home Office work methodologies, aligned with the measures issued by the National Government.
We share with you the characteristics that our services will have in the coming days, please keep us informed about the current situation of your studio and its human team.
- Count on our support staff through WhatsApp lines from Monday to Saturday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Request accounts as normal, we will have double the staff attending to and managing the creation of accounts for our allied studios.
- Count on the support of our specialists and auditors, we will be connected to you remotely during extended hours, receive training, clear up doubts and request support to increase the billing level of your study.
- We will be receiving your computer equipment directly at our offices so that they receive corrective and preventive maintenance.
- Receive access to TWL Pro, during the next few days our sales team will be officially giving you your access and providing you with training to get the most out of this powerful application.
- We will maintain our audiovisual equipment and beautify our spaces to provide you with the best service when resuming programming.
- Count on our payroll, billing and payment settlement staff, our service will be operating normally.
We appreciate the understanding of each of our allies and their human team, we will be available to expand this information. Studio owners, models, monitors, cleaning and office staff, you are all in our prayers.
